Last Thursday we did a theme based on the old “Six Shooter” radio show with John Tucker modeling. It was fun listening to the shows starring Jimmy Stewart and there was some fun stuff being done. Please note that we will be doing a long pose version of this theme on Sunday 2/26, 10am -1pm. Wow, a lot of really nice drawings came out of this workshop, I can’t choose a favorite. Rich’s designs are so adorable, I really like Paul’s caricature, Mike’s ink drawing is really nice, and I crack up on the eyes on Lois’s drawing, really fun. I love seeing how different each artist’s approach is to the same pose.
It helps to have a great model too; John is always a blast to draw.
